Terms and Conditions of Membership

1. Membership fees are non refundable.
2. Study-day fees: A full refund less 20% admin fee will be offered where notification is made in writing at least 4 weeks prior to the study day date. Notifications received between 2 and 4 weeks will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be made if notification is less than 2 weeks prior to the study day.
